
In between providing you recipes, tending the farm and gardening...we've been out picking wild, edible mushrooms. The Chanterelle mushrooms are fabulous this year and we quickly harvested 3 5-gallon buckets of the tasty mushrooms in one mushroom hunt. A couple more buckets and we will have enough pint jars stuffed with Chanterelles to last all year.
